Q: Does the quality of my scan matter?
A: The first step is to send in what you have in for an estimate. We’ll let you know if we think we need a higher resolution scan to do you a better job. The key is to send in what you have for evaluation and an estimate.
Q: Can I mail you a photo for restoration?
A: At this time we don’t accept restorations by mail – it’s for your protection. BUT we have YEARS of experience helping people get us images online, and you’ll be surprised at how easy we can make this for you.
